RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
Returns & Refunds
1. You must return items within 14 days. This period begins on the day after your order is delivered.
2. The products must be sealed, unused and undamaged.
3. Perfumery and cosmetics that have been unsealed can not be returned.
4. Samples can not be returned.
If you do not know the fragrance of the perfume which you ordered, you can always request a "Sample Strip"
in the Checkout page in the "Order Comments" to avoid unpacking the perfume ordered.
If the products are returned in a condition that is not fully resellable or the packaging is damaged, just as you would not want an unpacked bottle, you can imagine that others wouldn't want it either. We reserve the right to refuse to refund or exchange on opened/unsealed items due to health protection or hygiene reasons. We also reserve the right to refuse to refund items that are presented without a UK proof of purchase receipt. We do not cover faults caused by accident, neglect or misuse.
Also, note certain products cannot be exchanged or refunded. This includes products reduced by more than 50% cannot be exchanged or refunded. Please ensure you check you are happy with our refund and return policy before you purchase. Your consumer rights are not affected by this policy.
When will I get my money back?
When we receive your parcel, our team will inspect and issue a refund accordingly, we will confirm this via e-mail.
This can take up to 10 days.
If you return the entire order, we will refund the whole amount. If you return only part of your order, we will refund you for the returned items.
To make a return or exchange please send an email to sales@emiratesperfumes.co.uk, with your order number, reasons for the return and we will get back to you promptly with instructions to return.
